ICM-II: ABDOMEN, more cases

PHYSICAL EXAM:

Obese female with right upper quadrant tenderness, also visible non-tender mass in lower anterior mid-abdomen

HISTORY:

35 year old female presenting with several months of right upper quadrant pain (same patient as in 1st case)

It is essential to be organized in your approach to imaging studies.  For each case, begin by deciding what TYPE of image you are being shown.  Think about the proper TERMINOLOGY to describe findings, given the particular modality. Then note any pertinent TECHNICAL factors or problems with the image.
