ICM-II: ABDOMEN, case 2

PHYSICAL EXAM:

  Malar rash, ulcers in nose and mouth, diffuse abdominal tenderness

HISTORY:

25 year old male presenting with severe abdominal pain after eating, history of systemic lupus erythematosis (SLE)

For each case, begin by deciding what TYPE of image you are being shown.  Think about the proper TERMINOLOGY to describe findings, given the particular modality. Then note any pertinent TECHNICAL factors or problems with the image. Think about the overall state of the PATIENT.
