ICM-II: ABDOMEN, case 4

PHYSICAL EXAM:

 Left CVA tenderness to percussion, normal bowel sounds, normal pelvic exam

HISTORY:

55 year old female with hematuria and left flank pain

For each case, begin by deciding what TYPE of image you are being shown.  Think about the proper TERMINOLOGY to describe findings, given the particular modality. Then note any pertinent TECHNICAL factors or problems with the image. Think about the overall state of the PATIENT.
