ICM-II: ABDOMEN, case 4 |
||
SUMMARY To summarize, we reviewed how to recognize organs on ultrasound, and how to get oriented on horizontal and sagittal ultrasound images, with left of the patient to the right of the image in the axial plane, and head to the left in the sagittal plane. We correlated ultrasound with CT and MR, and reviewed how to tell these apart (dark cortical bone on MR, fat often bright on MR but never high attenuation on CT). |
