TERMINOLOGY-CVL is visible with a slightly unusual course
TECHNICAL-not rotated, reasonable inspiration

The CVL takes a sharp right angle turn at the arrow, although it might be in the SVC.

The CT was done to try to determine where it is going. On the CT, the CVL is outlined in red and the SVC in blue.
