ICM-II: CHEST, case 3 |
||
TYPE-This is a frontal image, and based on the quality and presence of several support devices, probably a portable study. TECHNICAL-The patient is very rotated and there is too much lung above the clavicles, so they are kyphotic or hunched over. They are only slightly taller than wide, so they have not taken a very deep breath. They have an endotracheal tube (ETT, for short), that is too far in, going into the right main bronchus. An ETT should stop about 2 cm above the carina. What other foreign objects do you see? |
