Case 2

64 year old man with long history of left shoulder pain.

This is an AP projection with the humerus in internal rotation. The greater trochanter is not seen along the lateral border of the humeral head as it has been rotated out of profile. The bone density looks pretty normal. There is some extra white material projecting between the head of the humerus and the acromion, outline on the right image in yellow.
