PrISM Cardiovascular

This is a 31 year old male with occasional chest pain after exercise--he says he had some sort of intravascular procedure to correct a problem in his heart that he was born with, but he is not sure what it was. What do you think of his chest radiograph? Can you see any artificial objects?
