This is a shoulder CT scan (cortical bone is white) shown in bone windows (inner medullary details can be seen), axial plane. The upper extremity is in neutral position, and you can see the greater and lesser tubercles. There is a Hill-Sachs fracture (normal expected contour of the humerus is shown in blue dotted line), but not as severe as in the original patient shown. |
