In cases of very large pelvic masses, ultrasound may not be as helpful as usual. The field of view of ultrasound and depth of penetration are limited, sufficient for normal or mildly enlarged organs but not when the uterus is massively enlarged. In cases where ultrasound is unrevealing, MR can be helpful. Decide what type of sequence each of these movies is and what the likeliest diagnosis is for this patient.
