There is also an NG tube, outlined in green. The expected course of such a tube is outlined in light blue. Where do you think the green tube is going?

TECHNICAL-not rotated, lordotic positioning (no lung visible above clavicles)
There are many wires criss-crossing the image, mostly telemetry or EKG leads, but there are also internal lines.
