RIJ=right internal jugular v, LIJ=left internal jugular v
RSCV=right subclavian vein, LSCV=left subclavian vein
RBCV=right brachiocephalic vein, LBCV=left brachiocephalic vein

note that the RBCV runs relatively vertically and straight between
the RIJ and the SVC, making this the ideal route for CVL placement

note that the LBCV has a longer and more oblique course
