ADH
Pathology: Localized intraductal proliferation with some features of DCIS and a wide range of morphologies; Characterized by a complex architectural proliferation of epithelial cells (left side of image) with nearby calcifications.
Clinical significance: 4x risk of breast cancer compared to age-matched controls
Management: Surgical excision; chemoprevention should be considered
