Benign cystic collections of fluid, usually caused by an obstructed milk duct
Clinical presentation: Soft cystic masses
Diagnosis: Aspiration of milky substance (not routinely performed: risk of fistula formation)
Imaging:
– Mammogram: Fat/fluid level (Right)
– US: Complex mass +/- shifting fat/fluid level (Far right)
Management: None needed
