Set 2: interstitial edema

Kerley B lines are small, thin horizontal lines that are best seen on radiography in the region of the lateral costophrenic angles, shown here in blue.  Go back to the original image to be sure you see them.  They are faint and subtle, and you have to know where to look for them in order to see them at all.
