What should come LAST on your checklist for a CXR?

Things that are in the LUNGS are often the most obvious things on a CXR, so it is a good idea to save the BEST for LAST! This is a patient with a pneumonia in the right lower lobe, but you don't want to stop looking at the rest of the image when you see it.
