1. What support lines are present? There is an endotracheal tube (ETT), an enteric tube, and bilateral central venous lines (CVLs), along withs some telemetry leads.
2. What is the most emergent finding on the image? There is a large right pneumothorax (PTX)
3. What do you think of the lungs? There is opacity in the medial right lung base that could be pneumonia, but in the setting of trauma, could also be contusion
4. What would you do next? This patient may need a right chest tube unless they have no symptoms, in which case they could be monitored to see if the PTX will resolve on its own.
