43 year old woman with right breast cancer and prior lumpectomy with reconstruction.

The CT scan of our patient (Image A) shows asymmetry of the latissimus dorsi muscles of the back, outlined on Image B in pink. She has had a portion of the right latissiumus dorsi cut free posteriorly and brought around to the front. Note that her CT scan does not have intravenous contrast, as the heart and aorta (red circle in more anterior position) are similar in density to muscles of the back (red circle in more posterior position).
