When looking at bone radiographs, it is important to look at bones, joints and soft tissues.

In Image A, what do you think of the soft tissues?

In Image B, is there a joint in the proximal foot that looks unusual?

Image B is an oblique view of the foot. Since the foot is a very complex structure, just doing two views is often not enough to show everything we need to see. An oblique view is in between an AP and a lateral view.
