The loop outlined in red has no oral contrast material in it. Most of the other surrounding small bowel loops do contain contrast material. There is an air-fluid level in the bowel loop outlined in red. Some of the other bowel loops have air-fluid levels too, which is abnormal for small bowel and usually means there is some sort of obstruction or abnormality of peristalsis.
