These lungs are too white, in contrast to the last case, and too small. There is a pattern of increased lines and dots and a grainy appearance in the middle part of the lungs that is worse in the bases. The diaphragms are high, since the lung volumes are low, but the diaphragms still have a fairly normal curvature, unlike the last case.
