The objects are overlying the heart in both views, and seem to be in the region where two particular cardiac chambers overlap. One (chamber 1) is the most posterior chamber of the heart. The other (chamber 2) is along the right lateral margin of the heart. Can you recall what chambers these are from you previous anatomy training?
