This is a lateral view of the thoracic spine. At least three of the vertebrae appear to have odd shapes on this view, indicated by the yellow arrows. The bottom two are probably T11 and T12, making the upper one T9, but counting is harder on this view than on the frontal view because you cannot see the top vertebrae very well and it is hard to tell where the 12th rib is located.
