This is an AP projection, and all of the vertebrae appear too white, without normal appearing internal structures visible, as in the normal comparison. At least two vertebrae look too short in height, at the yellow arrows. To figure out what level they are, you need to either count DOWN from the top, which is hard in this image since the upper thoracic spine is not completely imaged, or you can assume that there are 12 ribs (not always true‚ and so the vertebra that has the last rib must be 12, meaning that T11 and T12 are at the arrows.
