This is a soft tissue window image of the same patient. It shows the pelvic organs and muscles a bit more clearly than the bone window.

Since the leaking contrast is inferior to the bladder, and is not outlining bowel loops, it is in the EXTRA-peritoneal space, and is spreading in the fascia of the perineum and into the scrotum.
