The kidneys in this patient a bit smaller than normal and have multiple round masses sticking off of them, with CT attenuation near water, shown in blue in the stomach as well as the renal lesions (WATER is a shade of grey between fat, shown in green and muscle, shown in red). This is a very common abnormality seen in many patients-renal cysts, shown in yellow on the blowup images. These cysts are usually not clinically important unless there are so many that they replace the kidneys.
