The left costophrenic angle (where the lung meets the diaphragm at the chest base) is not sharp, but has a curved appearance (blue lines) that suggests scarring or fluid.

There is a rounded mass (red dotted line) that seems to be overlapping the right hemidiaphragm-this could be arising from either the chest or the abdomen. What other view would be helpful to evaluate this finding?
