This is a normal uterus (label says 'SG ENDO') in the sagittal with a normal moderately thick endometrial stripe most consistent with the later part of the menstrual cycle. You can tell that it is a transvaginal scan because the sector is wide. The fundus is projecting toward the feet, indicating retroverted position. There is a small amount of fluid in the cul-de-sac.
