This is a right ovary (label says 'COR RO') with too many cysts around the periphery, all similar in size. You can tell that it is a tranabdominal scan because the sector shape of the view is not wide (blue arrows), about 90 degrees, and the resolution of the image is not as good as the transvaginal scans. This patient has polycystic ovaries.
