Look for the right adrenal gland just posterior to the IVC, and the left adrenal gland just anterior to the upper portion of the left kidney. The vessel seen just anterior to the aorta is the celiac, splitting into splenic (arrow to patient's left) and common hepatic (arrow to patient's right).
