Dilated right renal calyces due to obstruction, with tiny calcifications in lower pole of kidney (unlikely to be cause of symptoms), IVC and aorta
When looking for tiny stones on CT, it is best not to give any white material (like oral or IV contrast) that might obscure the stones.
