This patient has a fair amount of soft tissue (yellow) and her right humerus is irregular (purple), suggesting some arthritis. Her lung volumes are low (red), and there are linear densities at both bases (blue) that suggest atelectasis. Her left costophrenic angle is not sharp (green) suggesting that she might have a small pleural effusion. Her low lung volumes might be related to her abdominal pain. It is hard for a patient with abdominal pain to take a deep breath.
