ICM-II: CHEST, case 3 |
||
SUMMARY To summarize, we reviewed the appearance of various support lines on radiography, and how to tell if they are in the right position or not. We reviewed again how to identify a CT scan, and how to tell if IV contrast was given on CT by comparing VESSELS to MUSCLE. We discussed how CT data can be reformatted in other planes after the patient leaves the department. We discussed the density spectrum of body tissues, and reviewed the appearance of normal fat and muscle tissue on CT, and how this relates to general overall body habitus. |
