ICM-II: CHEST, case 2

This patient has not very thick soft tissue outside the ribs (shown in blue) and if you look closely, you can see an interface between denser tissue closer to the ribs and less dense tissue more peripherally (shown in yellow) that suggests that they do not have much muscle.
