ICM-II: CHEST, case 1

They are very straight in position, as previously noted and upright with scapulae rotated. This tells us something about their ability to cooperate and move. They have taken a relatively deep breath and do not appear to be very obese or abnormally thin (cachectic). How can we determine their body habitus and depth of inspiration?
