Case 5: 45 year old woman with shortness of breath

This is a classic example of an interstitial pattern, looking like reticular markings (like a network, or like chickenwire).  There are a number of things that can cause this, and tumor is one of them. There is also a nodule in the lower right chest, and an abnormal rounded appearance of the right hilum, both worrisome for tumor.
