Even on the closeup view, the upper lobe vessels in this normal patient are tiny, thin threads and very hard to see.  Again, compare this appearance to Case 2. This normal patient does not have PVR. The vessels to her lower lobes are larger than those to her upper lobes, which is the normal appearance.
