There are too many lines and too much hazy opacity in both perihilar regions (light blue), suggesting mild CHF.  The cardiothoracic radio (ratio of blue to green line segments) indicates mild enlargement of the cardiac silhouette.  The minor fissure is also elevated (yellow), probably not related to the cardiac history.
