The abnormally white lung on this image is located below the yellow line (minor fissure), so we know it is NOT the upper lobe. It is not obscuring the right heart border (blue line), which is just as sharp as on the normal left side. However, the diaphragm margin on the right (purple dotted line) is not as sharp as the normal side on the left. This finding should allow you to decide if the abnormality is in the right middle or right lower lobe...
