“Enlarged cardiac silhouette”

After treatment with steroids and pericardiocentesis, the patient’s symptoms resolved.  On this image a month later, the cardiac silhouette is normal.  Again, we do not care if this is an AP or PA image, as the heart is definitely not enlarged.
