Set 6: pleural effusion

This is the original patient we started looking at. On the left, there seems to be a somewhat sharp costophrenic angle, but if you look a the most lateral point of the ribs (indicated in red), the lung is not reaching that far out, indicating that something is in the pleural space in this region.
