Set 5: hilar angle and vessels

The hilar angle is almost always easier to find on the right than the left, as the left pulmonary vessels are sometimes tucked away behind the heart to some degree. Look at these three cases and decide for each one:

1. where is the hilar angle?

2. are vessel margins sharp?

3. are upper lobe vessels smaller than lower lobe vessels?
