Once again, we have an INTERSTITIAL pattern. In this case, there are also tiny dots, or ‘nodules’, so we can call this a ‘reticulo-nodular pattern’. Once again, the abnormal opacities are relatively well-defined. They overlay the normal pulmonary vasculature and partly obscure the vessel margins, making them harder to see.
